Shipping Information
The Store ships to the USA, and Military APO and FPO addresses. We do not ship Internationally.
Appropriate shipping rates will be calculated and added to your order on screen, for consideration prior to order submission. Air/ Expedited Shipments, calculated by UPS Online, by Weight, Dimensions and your Zip Destination from us in Chicago, Illinois, 60614, as well as insurance and handling charge.

Our Regular Shipping Policy
Orders received on business days, Monday - Friday before 1PM EST are guaranteed to ship the same business day. Orders submitted after 1PM will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next business day.
When closed for normal holidays your order ships the following business day. Note:UPS does NOT count weekends in the shipping time. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Speed of delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. UPS Air rates are normally quite costly, and calculated at expedited costs, exact rate by weight, dimensions, and destination. We ship from Chicago, Illinois, 60614. Click here to calulate time and cost of shipping with UPS. PLEASE ANTICIPATE DELAYS DURING PEAK HOLIDAY SHIP PERIODS.

Our Guarantee/Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from date of purchase. Email us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and send your item(s) back to us, in its original condition, and we will accommodate your request for a replacement item, credit, or refund. Of course, if the mistake is ours for any reason, we'll pay for return shipment. There is no restocking fee, but a minimal 5% charge will be reflected in credit card refunds towards credit card transaction fees incurred.

Returns
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges, that have already been incurred.

Exchanges
If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

Return Procedure
IMPORTANT: Please e-mail for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA # request), to ensure proper credit for return.

Return Information
1. We recommend that you ship your package insured to ensure safe arrival.
2. Please use original (or comparable) shipping box and shipping packaging to ensure arrival in new condition. .
3. Write RMA # clearly on outside of box in black marker.
4. Returns & Exchanges must arrive in NEW, original condition, in their original full packaging.
5. Packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from purchase.

Sorry, returns without RMA #s will be refused, and returned to the shipper. We need the RMA # to process and credit your account properly.

Returns are NOT re-sold on The Storetil4.com. Returned items are sent back to the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's return policy, and/or donated to charity organizations.

Please note: refusal of a shipped and confirmed order, may be liable for up to a 10% restocking fee. Returns received in worn condition, or outside of original packaging may also be returned to sender, or charged a 10% fee
